We have had the pleasure of being in real estate for a number of years.  Terry, or "Santa" as he is known,has done extensive work with our military families in their relocation to San Antonio.  Being from military families ourselves, we understand the importance of working with someone who is familiar with San Antonio and surrounding areas.  We have both lived in this area for over 45 years, so we have seen the tremendous growth of our city!  We love its diversity and the fact that you only have to drive a short distance to the Gulf of Mexico or to see the beautiful terrain of the Texas Hill Country. Who else can boast that they have a beautiful "River Walk" cascading through the middle of their downtown?

Returning from a few years in the U.S. Army, Terry graduated from Southwest Texas State University (now Texas State) with a degree in Education and a minor in Biology.  He taught school for a few years and then changed careers working with Southwestern Bell Telephone Co.  He was also a recreational sports official for many years and retired from USAA. 

Barbara attended Texas A & I University in Kingsville studying Psychology.  She worked many years for a custom home builder as well as a plumbing contractor in their offices and learned a great deal about homes. She worked in property management for the last six years.  But her favorite "job" is mother to their three grown children! " Now that the nest is empty, our mini-dachshund, Holly, has kept us laughing daily!"
